Principal Investigator · Assistant Professor, Neurosurgery

Akdes Serin Harmanci leads the Serin Lab at Baylor College of Medicine. The lab develops AI and single-cell genomic methods to study brain tumor biology, predict perturbation response, and identify tractable therapeutic strategies. A central goal of the program is to turn high-dimensional molecular data into models that can improve treatment for patients with brain tumors.
